U.S. Cardiac Care Teams Embrace HeartLab

HeartLab, the cloud-based cardiology imaging platform that was created to make it easier for cardiac care teams to provide the best possible patient care, has been gaining ground in the U.S. market. Recent customer wins include: All Hearts Cardio in Kentucky; Ki Hassler in Florida; Heart 2 Heart Sonography in Georgia, and the Living Heart Foundation, who have all chosen HeartLab for its efficiency and collaboration gains.

This week (June 14-16), HeartLab will be exhibiting at ASE 2024 in Portland, Oregon, (booth #530) to raise awareness of its updated cloud-based approach to Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). If you’d like to see a demo firsthand, schedule time with us here.

“We are seeing strong interest from U.S. cardiology providers,” said Will Hewitt, founder and CEO, HeartLab. “What strongly appeals to them is the increased efficiency of working in the cloud and the ability to work remotely. The consulting cardiologist can easily access the studies from wherever they are located, in near real-time, and reporting is made simple with customized templates. The days of having to return to the office to sit at one machine to produce echo reports are over,” said Hewitt.

Charlene Kidd at the Living Heart Foundation commented on why the organization chose HeartLab: “We are a non-profit organization, so cost and ease of work flow is important to us. The previous platform we used had long upload times,” she said. “The support from the HeartLab staff has been extremely helpful: that’s the main reason we chose to move forward, and the reporting structure is relatively easy to use.”

As HeartLab continues to expand its footprint in the U.S. market, it is currently hiring to expand its US-based sales team, and recently added US-based CMO, Alice Chan, to the leadership team to head up its go-to-market and marketing efforts.

“It’s exciting to see our growth story continue from New Zealand and Australia to the U.S. as we expand our customer base and our team,” said Hewitt.
